I rarely leave critical reviews, but I did not have a good experience. I've been working for over a year to figure out my dog's skin issues going to many vets, trying all kinds of medication and foods, and when I explained this, I was shamed for making my own dog food when it was merely just another step in a hundred different things I was trying to help my dog get better. The vegetarian also yelled at her vet tech for standing in her way, which seemed completely unprofessional to me and left a bad feeling about the environment. Thankfully I've found a better vet since then and am much happier now.

Good and ethical treatment towards my cat. They attended us in English. My cat went through a procedure to remove his infected teeth and everything went fine. My cat is recovering well, the instructions and the whole process was kind and smooth towards my cat and us as caregivers. Anne was really professional and clear on her way to explain every step of the process as well as the conditions that my cat had.

I have been taking my dogs to this vet for 10 years. It’s difficult to get an appointment as the praxis has 4-hour lunch breaks every day and is often closed for holidays! My 11 yer old dog was in obvious pain and needed treatment. The vet kept delaying treatment and insisted doing blood tests at huge cost saying 'one step at a time'. She had bad teeth and needed extractions. All the blood tests were not necessary, the problem was physically obvious. She finally offered me an appointment for surgery in 3 weeks! I complained and the vet told me that she didn't consider herself 'my dog's vet' and that we only brought her to her praxis 'when we needed something' !!! - Why else would we go there?!! We spent 1000s over the past 10 years. Her attitude was dismissive and actually insulting, she showed no compassion. My dog experienced unnecessary pain for days! I took my her to another local vet who considered the situation an emergency and to avoid any more serious discomfort, operated almost immediately. Needless to say I no longer go there and have since heard numerous similar stories. I would stay clear!

Super professional, communicative, trustworthy, supportive and warm. Anne Gamalski is the best veterinary I have met in Berlin, together with my cats. It’s great that she also speaks perfect English (as well as German of course). I highly recommend this clinic.

We had to look for a new veterinarian for our cat, as our previous veterinarian retired. We were suggested to visit Anne Gamalski and since then we couldn't be happier with our choice. Everyone in the clinic is super friendly and attentive. Our cat also looks much less stressed coming here than to any other clinic.
