I came on time and Waited 2 hours then the clerk said the doctor put my name out of his waiting list because I was late. The clerk confirmed that I came on time!!! There is no information given to me when I got crossed out of the waiting list. The clerks just chit chat in their shift without paying attention to the customers. Too bad there is no negative star, 1 start is too generous for them.

I had my first appointment with Josefina Fernandez an haven't changed since! When I had an emergency I got an appointment straight up! I've always been treated in the best way! def recommendation!

I went to this praxis two years ago because i had an inflammation of my implant. The solution of of those doctors gave me was remove the implant and leave the space open - there will be no need to have another one or even a bridge there. Now because of his advice i will have to get braces again and pay almost 10000 euros for repair. My teeth moved and i will need orthopedic treatment. I would not recommend this praxis to anyone. Update: this praxis even tried to get this review down and accused me of being fake. I have attached the photo of my appointment approval on doctolib as proof to show that i was at that praxis.

I was first happy about my appointment but then arrived home and realized how I might have been ripped off… I went for fixing my retainer and usually I NEVER pay this, it is always covered by my health insurance. Then the dentist told me while fixing it “it would cost you around a 20€”. I could not answer because he was doing something in my mouth but then I forgot to ask why at the end. I went to the desk and the lady ask me to pay 40€. I find this procedure really not honnest and I feel scammed …

I extracted my wisdom teeth with doctors Kowrbay. Did not get any pain. Very very good. He calm all my worries and did an excellent job. No pain afterwards. Truly incredible
