Having a dental issue when on the other side of the world is frightening. I had a temporary tooth fail and was in a panic. I called. They were able to get the Dr to talk to me immediately and his English was amazing, I came straight in, waited a little while and then he checked, talked me through it and fixed my problem on the spot. A genuinely nice man, kept me at ease and I left smiling ear to ear. Thanks Dr Dr!

Poor material quality: my ceramic crown got broken after just 2 years. The same crown, before getting broken, popped off 3 times.

Had an appointment on 06.09.23 at 15:00, waited for 55 minutes then left, front desk with no one to tell I’m leaving, they ask for a lot of money (150+250 euro) for short term cancellations but they have no respect for your time.

I am rewriting this review because I have been THREATENED and BLACKMAILED by post by this clinic because of my honest review. Please be aware this clinic is the worst clinic in Berlin, and a total scam. If you look attentive you can see that most of the good reviews are made by fake profiles which mean they pay for good reviews and BLACKMAIL honest ones. I am suffering for more than 5 months because of a bad treatment made if this clinic. They opened and treated the wrong teeth, they don't give me any xrays of what they have done. My new dentist found prohibited material inside my teeth and I'm going for a tomography this week to see exactly what they did inside the root of my teeth that don't stop hurting. They made the worst root treatment possible, didn't give me any antibiotics or painkillers the whole month of treatment and could not finish it. PLUS, they wanted to take my teeth out which is a complete absurd. I am waiting for the new results of exams to take action against this "clinic" if you can call it that. BE AWARE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! New status: December 2017. I’m going through a surgery right now because of the horrible treatment received on this clinic. Edit 2023: I am still being blackmailed by this clinic and had to prove to google after they put a lawyer after me that I was a client and they faked my teeth was bad and needed to be removed for thousands of euros. It’s insane how they pay this reviews and blackmail real ones. Do never go to this clinic if you care for your mouth.
