I visited this place to fix an issue with my car pulling to the right. They performed the geometry alignment, but unfortunately, the problem wasn’t resolved. After driving the car again, I noticed the issue still persisted. When I called back to address the problem, they referred me to another shop instead of offering a direct solution. While the staff was polite, it was frustrating that my original issue wasn’t fixed, and I had to go elsewhere. The service was decent, but not getting the desired result was disappointing.

Firstly, I found this “auto service” here. I thought that they are good at this. Let me tell you what I’ve been through. I have a BMW 328 and the car was shaking + engine was working very loud. They took the car and said that time chaining has to be changed. Then I asked that do you think is it gonna be fixed after you changed it, he said “yes”. On Friday I called them around 17:30 he said that they are already closed but their closing time is 18:00. He said it’s fixed and I can get it on Monday. On Monday my friend went there because I wasn’t around warsaw. After I came back and took the car from my friend. It had the same problems even worst than before. One of the repair guy told my friend that they fixed the problem by %70 percent. I don’t know what does it even mean :) you fix it or not. That’s simple. I already explained the problems and giving the car back to the client without fixing it, I don’t see any good intentions here. I went there back and I told them that this is not okay and fix my car or give my money back. They took my car and didn’t let me know for 11 days. Today I went there again because they don’t let me know or give a call. Anyways, my car is still there and im still waiting if this place is a scam or they are gonna stop making excuses. I’m gonna leave 2 points for now to see if they will take responsibility of what they do or I’m gonna leave more 1 points to show people how they work and defend my rights in every possible way. I’m gonna write here the updates and let people know how this ends. (Update: This is a robbery, stay away from that place and just throw your car to garbage than hoping that they are gonna fix your car)
