ENI went to Puncher during my studies for 2 years. The frequency of training was 2-3 times a week. I had to quit due to back problems. Recently, I started training Krav Maga recreationally. I come back here to thank you for the piece of knowledge you have given me. A well-established technical foundation remains for years. I read the comments. It's true that things were rough at Puncher. The coach kept everyone short. He was strict and demanding, and vulgar. Someone may like it or not. Not everyone can cope in such an atmosphere. However, the techniques that are taught and the emphasis placed on foundations are justified. The best technical club I've ever been to. As for the atmosphere - it's true that there are better ones.
For me it is one of the top clubs in Wrocław. I don't recommend it to those who want to go there for recreation and I highly recommend it to fight fans. Level training, elimination of weak units. For Cossacks ;)
Really nice environment, the coaches are great and inclusive! as a foreigner I feel welcome & safe so I highly recommend for those who are real martial art lovers and ready to put in work👊🏾
Was traveling all over Poland and decided to train grappling and found this gym I felt welcomed and its was good system for trading and met some good partners and coaches
I recommend. Many levels of training, everyone will find classes for themselves. Trainers pay great attention to the safety of classes and the quality of the equipment used, which helps avoid stupid injuries.
