I went in for PRP and the team was amazing! Colette who did the procedure on me, she explained everything and answered every single one of my questions. Her team made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the procedure and was a huge help :) would definitely recommend this place! 10/10 experience!!

I had one of the most traumatic experiences of my life at this clinic. In March 2024, I went for a full-face laser treatment and during payment, the manager informed me there was a system error and that I had been charged 40 euros instead of the intended 100 euros. When I asked for clarification, she became rude and stated that "that's just the way it is." I explained that this was my fourth session, and for the previous three, I had only been charged 40 euros each. She retorted that it was my responsibility to have disputed the original price, knowing the cost and not claiming the full 100 euros because it was convenient for me. Aliya then threatened to charge me more than 100 euros. One doctor and four other office assistants were present and watched as Aliya accused me of being a thief. Aliya judged me based on my skin color, assuming that because I am black, I had purposely allowed the clinic to undercharge me. How can I be in charge of what the clinic charges me? On September 13, 2022, I was charged 110 euros, and on December 27, 2023, I was charged 40 euros. I scheduled my appointments on Doctolib, all listed under 'full face.' On April 18, 2023, I was again charged 40 euros. Everyone at the clinic witnessed Aliya embarrass and attack my character. I addressed the real issue: it was because I am black that Aliya felt entitled to yell and attack me. I defended myself by stating it might shock you, but black people are also French citizens, and if she was unhappy, she should find employment elsewhere. I am appalled by your response, continuing to lie that she tried to calm me down. I was there, and only one nurse pleaded with me not to file a complaint against the clinic, offering me a free laser session, which I declined. I know that if I were a white woman with blonde hair and blue eyes, Aliya would have never accused me of not wanting to pay the full price. I didn't want to escalate the issue to social media, but it seems necessary for everyone to know that your clinic does not respect black people. This experience was traumatic, and I will never forget what I endured.

I decided to try out Clinique des Champs Elysees (Av Frankin D Roosevelt) after seeing some model friends promote it. But honestly, it was a letdown from the start. The waiting room on the 5th floor felt like it hadn't been updated since the '80s, and the vibe was just off. During the consultation, I was informed the laser I had specifically requested "VBeam", prominently advertised on their website, was suddenly unavailable, only to be replaced with a pricier alternative "Nordlys". The doctor seemed nice, but he didn't even get close to my face to really check out the veins to be treated. What followed was a rushed process, from consultation to payement to treatment, leaving little room for comfort or confidence. Despite expressing concerns about the treatment's efficacy, I found myself going along with it, driven by the sense of "I'm already here, so why not?" Unfortunately, the reality did not match the promises. The Nordlys laser treatment, promoted as painless, proved to be very uncomfortable. Moreover, upon returning home, it became evident that the primary varicosities on my face remained largely untouched, despite assurances during the procedure (I do understand that sometimes it may take more than 1 treatment, but it's been 3 weeks today and I observe very little improvement of something that wasn't too much to begin with). I do not accuse anyone in specific here, but in summary, the entire experience felt like an expensive exercise in futility. The lack of results coupled with the impersonal approach left me feeling like nothing more than a cash cow for the clinic's profits. In an industry where trust and efficacy are paramount, Clinique des Champs Elysees fell short on both fronts. Not coming back.

Had the opportunity to be operated and hospitalised for one night in this clinic. I was made to feel calm and comfortable at every moment. The after care was really good. The only thing was I had a room near some extractor units that kept waking me up intermittently during the night. The only thing I'll say is that I was not able to see the surgeon once I woke up from the anaesthesia and I didn't see him the following morning either. Although his cabinet will be calling me today it would have been nice to have seen the surgeon post op especially as I had a point of stitches that kept bleeding. The nursing staff were really nice and so caring and got in contact with the surgeon about the constant bleeding. Extra bands were added and I'm good to go. All in all I would come back to this clinic to be operated again.
