While traveling to Munich, Mark bit into something hard and felt/heard a crack on a crowned tooth. The concierge at the Hilton hotel called and made an appointment for that same morning at Dr. Pink’s office. We saw Dr. Pink first and then Dr. Harriet Heitmann. We could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Heitmann explained the dental situation thoroughly and provided options for treatment. While having a medical/dental emergency outside our home country understandably caused anxiety, this office took great care of us and alleviated our concerns. Everyone was so warm and friendly toward us, and the cost was very fair. We highly recommend this office and staff.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pink for over three years now, and I couldn't be happier. He is extremely professional, caring, and takes the time to fully explain the situation. His English language skills are proficient, which makes it easier for non-native German speakers like me to communicate effectively. The entire Praxis is clean and modern, utilizing tools like Doctolib for digital appointments and Health AG for convenient bill payment in installments. It is truly a blessing to find such a reputable Praxis with excellent doctors whom one can trust. I highly recommend it.

I would like to thank Dr.Jurgen Pink , and also the wonderful cheerful nurse mrs.Yyvonne who was quite helpful and suggested she be with me as i only speak English ... Dr.Pink explained everything and discussed with us the best treatment for my case , the anesthesia went smoothly as well as my deep filling wich i expected to be painful but wasnt. Also thanks to nurse Marianne who was also nice and cheerful. Overall , everyone from reception , to doctor and nurses where wonderful. Thanks
