Just come home and cried. Had to stop the hairdresser before they completely ruined my hair. Feel like i wasn't listened to properly and they just did what they wanted. I don't speak Portuguese (on holiday) but they gave me a hairdresser who couldn't speak English and didn't understand what I wanted so ended up thinning my hair despite me saying they were using the wrong scissors. My hair is already fine. Was told its fine and they carried on until I had to stop them, paid and left. Look like I belong in the band the monkies or Hanson. Rushed and careless. The cut is awful and I need to pay to get it fixed so I don't look like a 70s mum from Lesbania

I came as a tourist without speaking any portugese. It was not a problem at all! I got an appointment for the same day two hours later. The woman, who did my hair, did a great job! After I showed her a picture, I got exactly what I wanted for a perfect price. I can strongly recommend! Everyone was nice and smiled a lot :)

My stylist, Linda, was great! ❤️🙌🏽 Calm, very skilled and with gentle hands. This was my first visit to the salon and I had total confidence in her. I don’t think I’ve ever had a haircut for only 15 euros! I highly recommend this salon.
